Hold on to your hats, this is going to be a long post!
Krissy, was my coach’s oldest daughter. I’ve known her since she was about 7 years old. When i was a 14 year old freshman, i played 2 varsity sports. Both of them i played for all 4 years of high school. One was volleyball, which i pursued the most, and even into college. The other was softball. In playing softball, i would end up meeting some of my favorite people in the entire world – that also happened to help change my life forever. Some of those people were my friends, whom i still keep in close contact with. But the main influence was my coach and his amazing wife and daughters. I won’t go into an overboard of details and stories(because there are SO many of them to tell), but what i will say is this: the impact they had on me, and my life, was an eternal one. The fact that she got married was jaw dropping, seeing as it makes me feel ridiculously old (although I’m not). I’m not gonna lie, part of me wanted to just hang out with the 9405239 people i knew there, but the feeling that i got to be included in all of the most important details of her day and to watch it all unfold was a HUGE blessing to me.
So, to stop the chatter(and hold back my tears- again), here are some images from the day. Enjoy!
A little sassy Manolo.
The gorgeous flowers and coordination of the day by Carmen Cermak.
Love these next two shots that Carly got. This is when i lost it and couldn’t hold back the tears.
Married!!!
I told Krissy she looked like a perfect little cupcake here :)
20×30 Standout print? Yes please.
My favorite from the day(and Steve & Krissy’s too!):
Ok, i’m not gonna lie, it was *pretty* dark in the room. But, all of the details had their very own spotlights so it made for a very dramatic display. So fun and different!
LOVE.
Steve and Krissy- I love you both so much. I’m so blessed i was able to be a part of your wedding day. I can’t wait to see where your new life together leads and how the Lord will bless it!
Love, Jackie
